Maroon Bluebonnet Bunch 9" Square FL291

The maroon Blue Bonnet, and Revellie are exclusive to Sew Vac City. When we met Kathleen she told us she drafted several maroon Blue Bonnets but they were not the right shade of maroon. She did not stop until she perfecetd the perfect maroon shade!

Artist Kathleen McEwaine has hand painted the images on these blocks. She created each block by painting some of her favorite things about Texas. She grew up watching the blue bonnets grow in the fields where they had longhorns. She loves every aspect of Texas, and has loved painting Texas over the course of her life.
